Regionally executes the sales strategy, policies, and guidelines, in line with the overall India
POC Business strategy.
- Develops and proposes regional sales budgets and periodical revenue forecasts as well as quantity forecasts (analyzers/ consumables).
- Manages achievement of regional budgets, forecasts and ensures regular sales reporting.
- Manages & Develop the performance of POC South Team
- Manages the business partners and their performance .
- Liaises with Marketing, Product Management, Service and Project Management teams in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
- Supports regional customers business development, ensures achievement of targeted Customer satisfaction scores.
- Defines and allocates resources regionally, Go to Market strategy in alignment with the overall organization vision.
- Ensures adherence to applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualification
A seasoned people manager who embodies our value of Learn passionately, supporting the sales talent in their continuous development by engaging in relevant coaching-style dialogues.
10-15 years of experience in POC /Diagnostics /Medical devices with experience in handling regional business and team .
