Role Purpose:

The POC City Head at Practo is responsible for driving the city's sales growth by building and managing an effective sales team that achieves set objectives and delivers the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

.Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.

.Lead, manage, and coach a high-performance sales team.

.Identify and seize profitable business opportunities to drive sustainable sales growth.

.Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

.Evaluate market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategy as needed.

.Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints professionally.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

.Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

.Strong leadership and team management skills.

.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment/Location:

This role is based in Bengaluru and is not a remote position. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.
