Job Description

Training: Participate in structured training programs to learn about banking operations, products, services, and policies
Customer Service: Provide customer service and support for account holders, addressing their inquiries, requests, and issues
Account Management: Open, close, and manage customer accounts, including savings, checking, and fixed deposit accounts
Cash Handling: Oversee cash transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, and currency exchange
Loans and Credit: Learn about loan processing, credit assessment, and the application of lending policies
Documentation: Handle and maintain account and transaction documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
Financial Products: Gain knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and fixed-income instruments to offer advice to customers
Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional banking products or services, such as credit cards or loans, to customers
Risk Management: Learn to assess and manage financial risks, including credit risk and operational risk
Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, compliance standards, and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
Loan Recovery: Assist in the recovery of overdue loans by engaging with borrowers and implementing collection strategies
