Job Title: PMS Dealer- FinTech Platform
Job Role: To execute and manage trades for PMS portfolios on a technology driven platform, ensuring efficient, compliant, and data-backed execution while leveraging trading systems, APIs, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:1. Trade Execution (Tech-Enabled)- Execute equity and derivative trades via trading platforms, OMS (Order Management Systems), and APIs Ensure best execution using real-time market data and algorithmic tools (if applicable) Manage high-volume and time-sensitive trades with minimal slippage
2. Platform & System Utilization- Work on OMS/RMS systems for order placement, modification, and tracking Coordinate with tech teams for system enhancements, bug fixes, and automation Ensure proper tagging, allocation, and mapping of trades across PMS accounts
3. Data-Driven Decision- Support Track market movements, liquidity, and pricing trends using analytics tools Share execution insights with fund managers (slippage analysis, cost efficiency, etc.) Maintain dashboards/reports for trade performance and execution quality
4. Compliance & Controls- Ensure trades are executed within SEBI PMS guidelines and internal compliance framework Follow pre-trade and post-trade compliance checks via RMS/tools Maintain digital audit trails and system-based documentation
5. Reconciliation & Settlements- Coordinate with operations and custodians for seamless trade settlement Resolve breaks in trade allocation, contract notes, and holdings Monitor brokerage, taxes, and transaction costs
6. Process Improvement & Automation- Identify opportunities to automate manual dealing processes Work with product/tech teams to enhance execution workflows Contribute to building scalable dealing infrastructure
Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of equity markets and trading lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with OMS, RMS, trading terminals, and APIs Tech-savvy with ability to work alongside product/engineering teams
- Analytical mindset with focus on execution efficiency and cost optimization
- High accuracy, speed, and ability to perform under market pressure
Qualification & Skills:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field
• NISM certifications (Dealer / Equity / Derivatives preferred)
• 2–6 years of experience in dealing, preferably in PMS/AIF/FinTech platform
