Job Title: Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager with PMP certification to lead and deliver complex projects across functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple projects
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
- Manage project budgets, costs, and financial tracking
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Communicate project updates, risks, and performance to senior management
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Master's preferred)
- 7 to 12 years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large-scale or complex projects
- Exposure to cross-functional or global teams
- Additional certifications (Agile, Scrum, etc.) are a plus
