Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and people-centric Employee Engagement & HRBP Specialist to join our team. This individual contributor role will work closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, professional development programs, internal communications, and enterprise-wide people initiatives.
The ideal candidate should bring a strong blend of employee engagement expertise, stakeholder management capability, communication skills, and end-to-end program execution experience. The role requires someone who can independently conceptualize, plan, and execute initiatives that positively impact employee experience, collaboration, retention, and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives across the organization, including cultural programs, recognition initiatives, networking events, hackathons, learning initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Design and drive initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, inclusion, satisfaction, and retention.
- Partner with business stakeholders and leadership teams to identify opportunities to strengthen workplace culture and collaboration.
- Support and execute CSR and community engagement initiatives.
- Program & Event Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of engagement programs and enterprise-wide initiatives from conceptualization to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of events and programs.
- Manage timelines, budgets, logistics, communications, participation tracking, and post-event reporting.
- Independently handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, business teams, and external partners to drive alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Act as a coordination point across teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand engagement needs and translate them into actionable programs.
- Internal Communications
- Create compelling communication content for employee engagement campaigns, leadership communication, internal announcements, newsletters, posters, presentations, and event promotions.
- Support internal communication channels to ensure employees remain informed and engaged.
- Drive participation and awareness through creative communication strategies and campaigns.
- Reporting & Program Evaluation
- Track participation metrics, engagement outcomes, feedback, and program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and insights for leadership reviews.
- Use feedback and data-driven insights to continuously improve employee engagement initiatives and experiences.
- Vendor & Budget Management
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for events, activities, and employee programs.
- Support budget planning, tracking, and utilization for engagement initiatives.
- Ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining quality and employee experience standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in employee engagement, HRBP, culture initiatives, internal communications, program management, or related roles.
- Strong experience in independently managing engagement initiatives and events end-to-end.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
