About the Role:

We are seeking dynamic PMO Professionals with strong EPC project delivery and project controls experience to lead governance and performance across large-scale capital projects. This role will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while strengthening commercial controls and execution excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Controls & Execution Excellence:

• Work on integrated project controls across cost, planning, risk, and change management
• Drive schedule development and control using Primavera P6
• Implement and manage Earned Value Management (EVM) frameworks
• Monitor productivity metrics and construction milestones to ensure project performance.

PMO Governance & Delivery Assurance:

• Establish and implement PMO frameworks aligned to the EPC lifecycle
• Standardize reporting structures and governance mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across projects
• Provide project health assurance through structured reviews and controls

Commercial & Contract Management

• Drive cost control, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Support claims management and variation orders
• Collaborate with commercial teams to protect and enhance project margins

Portfolio & Programme Oversight

• Oversee large-scale EPC project portfolios
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting (Power BI / similar tools)
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights

Stakeholder Engagement

• Interface with clients, contractors, and internal leadership teams
• Lead governance meetings, reviews, and reporting forums

Skills & Tool

• Strong expertise in EPC project lifecycle and project controls
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI
• Experience with cost control platforms (e.g., EcoSys)
• Working knowledge of FIDIC / EPC / NEC contract frameworks
• Familiarity with risk analysis tools (e.g., @Risk)

Skills & Experience Expected:

·       Demonstrated proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D for UK-based infrastructure projects.

·       Strong knowledge of UK road design, drainage, and utility infrastructure.

·       Experience preparing BIM models for tender, design, and construction stages.

·       Familiarity with UK BIM Level 2 standards and workflows (PAS 1192 / ISO 19650).

·       Ability to interpret and implement highway and drainage standards (e.g. DMRB, Sewers for Adoption, SuDS).

·       Understanding of civil 3D model setup, assemblies, corridor modeling, and surfaces.

Desired Candidate Profile:

·                 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).

·                 Master's / MBA preferred

·                 5-15 + years in EPC / Infrastructure / Energy sectors

·                 Experience managing large capital projects ($50M+)
