Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMO / Project Manager to oversee and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to implement PMO best practices. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. Manage project resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams. Implement PMO processes, standards, and governance frameworks. Track project performance, generate reports, and communicate status to stakeholders. Collaborate with business and technical teams to align project objectives with organizational goals. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project meetings. Identify process improvements and contribute to PMO strategy and framework. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Management, or related field. Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification. Experience in IT, software development, or technology-driven projects.
