PMO

• Prepare Strategic Plans based on inputs on strategy (ideas or thoughts)
• Understand the contours of the idea
• Research the idea including benchmarking where required
• Review the idea through an impact analysis from various dimensions (financial, customer, people etc.)
• Convert the idea into a strategic plan for review
• Do any followup as required
• Review of functional projects having organisational impact
• To participate in functional review meetings and note progress against plan
• To represent the views of the CEO in those meetings that he cannot be present
• To prepare organisational MIS based on functional MIS for the CEO and Board
• Documentation and Presentation for external stakeholders
• To liaise with external stakeholders such as customers, bankers and investors in order to understand their requirements from an organisational perspective
• To prepare white papers, presentations and notes to aid decision making whilst dealing with external stakeholders
• Support to Functional / Business Unit Heads
• To provide information, data and the organisational perspective to functional heads as and when required

Requirements

• Experience : 5+ years preferably in Consulting firms
• Engineering Degree with an MBA from a premier institute
• Experience of working with start ups and consulting firms with high growth trajectories
• Competent in project / program management (PMO) and GTM ; has a background in analysis and analytics
• Experience in fund raising and mergers & acquisition will be an added advantage
• Exposure to consultative background in consulting firms or new edge cut technology start-ups.
