We are seeking to hire PMO Lead / QA Manager to Demonstrate experience as a PMO Lead/QA Manager, or similar role, with 10+ years in quality assurance (QA) and at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi, Six Sigma
- Proven experience in setting up Quality Assurance/PMO function.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to implement QA processes in an Agile environment.
PMO Responsibilities
- Define overall PMO charter to enforce quality standards and procedures
- Close tracking of MSA/SOW commitments and ensuring strict adherence financial, contractual, SLAs, penalties
- Monitoring and analyzing key quality metrics to track product quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the SDLC.
- Overseeing the planning and execution of peer reviews and project audits to evaluate product quality.
- Conducting root cause analysis of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Key tasks
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the PMO function, ensuring all activities align with business goals
- Perform risk assessments and ensure contractual, quality risks are mitigated throughout SDLC.
- SOW level tracker for all milestones and deliverables; account level SOW tracker
- Financial forecasting based on how SOW milestones are defined.
- Monitor progress, defect trends, and product performance, providing status updates to senior management.
- Work closely with the Dexian Quality team (GRQC) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and company policies.
- Ensure all product releases meet defined quality criteria before they are delivered to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new quality management methodologies, and regulatory changes that affect product quality.
Shift hours: 2.00 to 11.00pm IST
Work location - Chennai.
