Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate enterprise governance frameworks across Portfolios, Delivery, and Support functions
- Own CEO / EC review cadence (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) with outcome-driven dashboards
- Ensure portfolio-level predictability on revenue, delivery, utilization, and risk
- Act as custodian of decision-rights, escalation models, and accountability tracking
- Identify cross-portfolio risks, dependencies, and systemic bottlenecks
- Drive compliance posture (ISO, SOC, internal controls) as an enabler, not a blocker
- Enforce leadership discipline through structured reviews and follow-through
- Prepare concise, forward-looking CEO briefs with risks, trade-offs, and decision asks
