Role Summary
The Delivery Management Reporting Lead is responsible for producing accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that supports service delivery, governance, and operational performance management. This role works closely with Delivery Managers, Service Owners, PMOs, and MSP partners to consolidate data, generate insights, and ensure leadership has a clear view of delivery health, risks, and trends.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain standardized delivery dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (ITSM tools, project trackers, financial systems, MSP reports)
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all reporting outputs
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency
- Perform trend analysis on SLAs, incidents, changes, risks, and project delivery metrics
Governance Support
- Prepare reporting packs for weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance meetings
- Support Delivery Managers with data for service reviews, executive updates, and customer presentations
- Track action items, risks, and issues across delivery towers and ensure updates are captured
Operational Performance Monitoring
- Monitor SLA/OLA performance and highlight deviations or emerging risks
- Track backlog, aging tickets, change success rates, and operational hygiene metrics
- Provide insights to improve service stability, quality, and compliance
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with MSP teams, tower leads, and PMO to gather inputs and validate data
- Partner with Service Delivery Managers to refine reporting needs and dashboards
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, templates, and data quality
- Support implementation of reporting tools, automation, and visualization platforms
- Contribute to improving delivery governance frameworks and reporting standards
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting/visualization tools
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) and project management platforms
- Understanding of delivery KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and governance frameworks
- Ability to analyze large datasets and perform trend/root cause analysis

- Effective time management across multiple reporting cycles and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Analytics, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in IT service delivery, MSP operations, PMO, or reporting roles
- ITIL certification is a plus
