Job Location - Chakan , Pune

The EXIM executive is responsible for managing international trade activities, end to end shipment monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating logistics to facilitate the export of goods. Complete knowledge of Export process in India. Should be able to summarize monthly and annual operational performance with MIS skills. Should have knowledge of working on SAP/ERP tools. Should be able to supervise documentation team for correctness, shift timings, attendance, timely Invoicing. The role is to deal with extremely timebound transactions being in a critical function. Resource should be able to work independently and with team. Priority to Customer first and Right at first time approach. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in export operations and contribute to the overall success of the company's international trade activities. Proactive communication is a must.

Your Role:

  • Candidate should be well versed with all the EXIM shipping documents.
  • Candidate must have complete knowledge of EXIM process in India.
  • Sound communication skills, should be able to handle internal, external and overseas communications.
  • MIS Skills: (-Report Preparation): Using tools such as Excel and Power BI to automate the processing of data regularly. (Data Management): Collecting, storing, and organizing business data in a safe and secure manner.
  • Coordination with freight forwarder, shipping line, CHA and transporter.
  • Keeping track of shipping documents and further communication to respective service providers and end to end shipment tracking.
  • Timely bookings with carriers using SAP/ERP and monitor end to end transactions
  • Should be able to handle contractual team. Monitor Documentation correctness, shift timings, attendance, timely Invoicing.
  • Creation of Ewaybill
  • Tracking of shortage and damages and insurance claim
  • Maintaining files for shipment wise EXIM documents
  • Supporting role in operational process, reporting and meeting deadlines.
  • Risk identification of compliance breach on Customs
  • Be a self-starter, action oriented, organized, disciplined, and should be able to work under pressure.

You are the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream
  • 4 to 5 years of experience into Imports/Exports with usage of ERP/SAP, preferably in Medical business or highly regulated business

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an onsite role based role.
