Description
We are seeking a motivated PMO Coordinator / Project Coordinator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project management efforts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects within the PMO framework.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
- Support project managers in tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
