Role Description

  • The PMO Analyst supports the delivery of People Strategy and Internal Communications initiatives within Corporate Bank & Branch Operations. The role provides structured PMO and delivery support to people and culturerelated initiatives, ensuring effective planning, governance, tracking, and reporting in line with Deutsche Bank standards.
  • The role supports senior stakeholders by helping translate agreed people strategy priorities into wellgoverned initiatives and by enabling the clear communication of strategic topics to stakeholders and employees. In addition, the role supports the execution of internal communications and people programmes (including Talent Development and Diversity & Inclusion), ensuring appropriate rigour, structure, and oversight

Your key responsibilities

  • Support a portfolio of People Strategy and Internal Communications initiatives by providing PMO and delivery support in line with DB frameworks and standards
  • Support the endtoend initiative lifecycle, including planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, delivery monitoring, and benefits tracking
  • Contribute to the execution and communication of People Strategy, supporting the preparation of structured plans, materials, and updates for stakeholders and staff
  • Produce and maintain management information, including status reporting against objectives, timelines, and outcomes
  • Coordinate internal communications across channels in collaboration with CB & Branch Operations stakeholders, ensuring adherence to bank policies, editorial standards, and brand guidelines
  • Support the delivery of talent, diversity, and people programmes, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives and timelines
  • Coordinate programme governance activities, including leadership updates, steering materials, action tracking, and documentation
  • Support resource planning, prioritisation, and delivery tracking across the initiative portfolio
  • Provide PMO support to programme and project managers, including tracking risks, issues, actions, and dependencies
  • Support financial tracking and reporting, including budget monitoring, forecasts, actuals, and variance analysis
  • Perform adhoc analysis and reporting to support management oversight and decisionmaking.

Your skills and experience

  • Strong Financial Services background Corporate Bank knowledge preferred
  • Experience working in international, crossfunctional environments
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills - strong writing and visual skills
  • Experience supporting people engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Strong interest in digital communications and content management audio/video editing a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to support project delivery, governance, risk, and dependency management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all seniority levels
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and timemanagement skills able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive selfstarter with a structured, deliveryfocused mindset
  • Strong team player with the confidence to take initiative and ownership
