Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Executive/Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to support project governance, reporting, coordination, and operational excellence across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in MS Office tools, and awareness of AI-powered productivity solutions to improve project efficiency and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in planning, tracking, and monitoring project activities.
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, status reports, MIS reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and smooth communication.
- Track project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Assist in project governance activities including meetings, MOMs, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze project data and provide insights for management reviews.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation techniques to improve reporting, productivity, and project coordination.
- Support resource planning, budgeting, and project documentation activities.
- Maintain accurate records in project management tools and repositories.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
- MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, reporting)
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Word
- MS Teams / Outlook
- Good analytical and organizational abilities.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and PMO practices.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-based reporting/automation tools, or productivity assistants.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or similar is preferred.
