Responsibilities

. Work in team environment providing support for overall team deliverables

. Work independently on delegated tasks as needed

. Run recurring processes like report creation, file downloads, formatting of presentations

. Complete all assignments in a timely fashion

. Participate in daily/weekly Zoom meetings as required

. Perform Data hygiene/QA reviews of Project Plan, RAID Log & other tracking spreadsheets

. Status Reporting

. Workstream Balanced Scorecards

. Provide general support and assistance on Test Executions

. Update Dashboard and reporting metrics

Qualifications

. 3+ years of experience in Financial Services Project Management as a Junior Consultant or team member.

. Experience with data conversions/platform migrations, and/or formal system (UAT) testing highly desired.

. Ability to work independently and with colleagues on team deliverables. Must be accountable, reliable, and timely with task deliverables.

. Strong technology orientation, must have excellent Excel skills and be able to manipulate and format large data files, create pivot tables and have experience with Excel 365 Spill functionality.

. Must be able to create and format PowerPoint presentations.

. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Technology, Operations, and PMO teams.

. Familiarity Microsoft Project desired, intermediate to expert knowledge a plus
