Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, Gantt charts, and resource plans for vehicle integration campaigns.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for coordination across engineering, manufacturing, testing and operations teams.
Track integration milestones, hardware readiness, and reviews across multiple streams.
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and critical action items throughout the integration lifecycle.
Lead the project management aspect of Integration Readiness Reviews (IRR), Design Verification Reviews (DVR), and Flight Readiness Reviews (FRR).
Report progress in weekly leadership reviews and contribute to program dashboards & launch campaign planning.
Understand hardware integration, at least to an extent where specific roadblocks, assembly dependencies and overall vehicle integration can be monitored & tracked closely
Understand evaluation of subsystem compatibility and readiness for environmental tests, assembly checks, and flight qualification to ensure smooth vehicle integration.
Facilitate the Identification and resolution of all integration issues by creating systems for root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering
610 years of experience in vehicle integration or hardware-heavy project engineering.
Proven success managing complex integration programs in launch vehicles, satellites, or defense platforms.
Strong understanding of system-level engineering, design verification, and test readiness processes.
Skilled in project tracking tools, documentation, and status reporting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Experience with launch campaign planning and ground operations.
Familiarity with flight hardware integration protocols.
Working knowledge of configuration management systems.
