PM Tool Analyst - Projects

Role Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage the project management tool, ensuring it is updated in real-time for project reviews.
2. Support the project management team by helping navigate through specific tools for effective project tracking and management.
3. Consolidate and report on the overall project performance to provide visibility to stakeholders.
4. Assist in identifying potential project issues and escalate them to management to prevent schedule delays.

Key Deliverables:

1. Ensure the project management tool is accurately maintained and updated, supporting timely project reviews and performance tracking.
2. Facilitate smooth usage of project tools by providing guidance and support to project managers.
3. Regularly report on project performance, highlighting key areas for improvement or concern.
4. Proactively identify potential issues and assist in implementing corrective actions to mitigate delays.
