Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager / Technical Team Leader to manage end-to-end delivery of projects related to the ServiceNow platform while leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, execution, and delivery
- Lead technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders
- Define project scope, timelines, and milestones
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Manage risks and resolve project issues
- Provide progress updates to leadership
- Ensure quality and compliance standards
Required Skills
- 58 years of project management experience
- Experience managing ServiceNow implementations - Must Have
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- Stakeholder and vendor management
Preferred
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications
