Job Description

Primary skills:Process->Development Methodology->Infosys Global Agile methodology

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are purposeful and time-boxed.
Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Scrum teams, promoting Agile values, principles, and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business goals.
Identify, track, and remove impediments to protect the team's focus and maintain steady delivery flow.
Monitor and report on team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput) and drive data-informed improvements.
Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
Support adoption and continuous improvement of Agile/SAFe practices across the team or program level.
Facilitate effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making within the team and with stakeholders.
Encourage a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and feedback to enhance team maturity and delivery quality.
Knowledge of more than one technology
Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals
Knowledge of Testing tools
Knowledge of agile methodologies
Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes
Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements
Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
Good understanding of the technology and domain
Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods
Awareness of latest technologies and trends
Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
