Job Description

Description

  • Support and enhance CAD integrations with Windchill for Creo and Catia systems.
  • Train business users on CAD data check-in procedures, including assembly check-in, naming standards, and proper context placement within Windchill.
  • Assist users in onboarding new projects into Windchill, ensuring adherence to corporate standards.
  • Provide technical support during CAD data migration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth CAD-Windchill workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower business users and ensure best practices.
  • Continuously improve integration processes and user support activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with CAD systems (Creo and Catia).
  • Strong understanding of Windchill PLM system integration and workflows.
  • Experience in CAD data management, check-in/check-out, and project onboarding.
  • Excellent communication, training, and user support skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CAD-Windchill integration issues.
  • Knowledge of CAD standards, naming conventions, and assembly management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical is preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Creo, Catia, or Windchill.
  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies.
