Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role positioned in Mumbai for a Plumbing Supervisor. The Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily plumbing activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This includes supervising plumbing installations, conducting inspections, addressing customer service concerns, and coordinating with other MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams for project integration. The role demands effective team management and the ability to provide solutions promptly in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Plumbing and proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide teams effectively
- Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Knowledge of project management and adherence to quality and safety standards
- Relevant technical certifications or a diploma/degree in a related field is advantageous
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently
