Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced PLM Project Lead / Specialist to drive PLM implementations, upgrades, and migrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PTC Windchill, strong technical skills, and a track record of delivering PLM projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute all phases of PLM projects including implementation, upgrade, and migration.
- Assess current state systems and design effective PLM solutions.
- Develop and maintain tools supporting PLM lifecycle activities (implementation, upgrade, migration).
- Actively participate in development, testing, deployment, and support activities across project phases.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; support clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with teammates to optimize project efficiency.
- Ensure attention to detail and document methods, configurations, and lessons learned.
Required Experience & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong database experience: Oracle, SQL Server.
- Proven experience with PTC Windchill upgrades; familiarity with Windchill 11.x and above preferred.
- Experience with PTC Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM).
- Programming experience in Java or Python (preferred).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
