Job Description

Role Summary: Our customer is an Automotive company and it's PLM Department is responsible for all aspects of PLM ToolSet selectio n, implementation, deployment, use and support for the business. We are seeking people who are adept as Trainers (PLM line of Business prefered).Trainers in Tata Technologies are responsible for developing the competence of its customer employees by participating in the development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development events, with particular reference to induction, mandatry and continuing professional development events. These events must be delivered within context of the values of its customer company. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The goal is to prom ote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel. Dimension of Function Developer, Agile Approa ch, SAFe, LeSS. Contacts Scrum Master, Product Owner, APO, PLM Project Manager. Area of Responsibility Develop cur riculum and design training courses for 3Dexperience Modules ( TRM, Project Management, CAD, BOM, Change management, DELMIA, ENOVIA ). Administer training with the ability to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both o nline and offline (if required) in group and individual classroom dynamics Conduct needs assessment and identify performance gaps and implementing training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs Collaborate with internal business partners to c reate industry-specific course content Evaluate success of training implementation by assessing achievement of learning objective s and transfer of knowledge to continuously improve training solutions and identify future learning needs Utilize a variety of te chniques, concepts and development and delivery of training programs and strategies Manage the learning experience consistent wit h company philosophy and company-wide strategy Critically examining the trainees understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the program Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Knowledge / Experience Minimum of 6 yea rs in instructional design, curriculum development and training delivery or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience Must have a training portfolio for PLM software in 3Dexperience on various modules like TRM, CAD Data Management, Change management, Project management. Awarness of OOTB capabilities of 3Dexperience for various modules Training & Development certif ication preferred Proven experience as corporate trainer Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools Willingne ss to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint) e-learning software is an as set Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills Organizational and time management abilities Critical th inking and decision making Good working konwledge with tools (GitLab, SVN) and ALM tools like JIRA. Functional experience in pr oduct development in Automotive domain. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), DevOps, Continuous Integration and cloud technologies is a plus point Working experience with Agile approaches LeSS, SAFe, Kanban is required.
