PLM Teamcenter Developer

Job Title: Teamcenter Active Workspace Developer Location: Pune Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Teamcenter A ctive Workspace Developer to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and customizing Siemens Teamcenter solutions, with a strong emphasis on the Active Workspace interface. You will play a critical role in bridging engineering and IT, enabling seamless digital collaboration across product lifecycle processes.Key Responsibilities.Develop and customize Teamcenter Active Workspace using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, RAC, and stylesheets.Configure and optimize workflows, access co ntrol, structure manager, and change management modules.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Teamcenter applications and customizati ons.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored PLM solutions.Create and maintain techni cal documentation, user guides, and training materials.Support deployment, release management, and continuous improvement initiati vesRequired Skills & Experience.4-6+ years of hands-on experience in Active Workspace development.Proficiency in C/C++, Java, XML/XSLT, and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.Strong understanding of Teamcenter APIs, BMIDE, and the Dispatcher framework.Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).Familiarity with core PLM con cepts: oBOM ManagementoEngineering Data ManagementoChange ManagementoProduct ConfigurationoManufacturing Process Planning oService Planning.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
