About The Position

Our Product Creation & Digital Technology teams enable digital solutions across four global brands, a global supply chain, and 500+ geographically dispersed stores. These teams support a range of platforms and services that enhance the product lifecycle and speed to market in an ever‑evolving industry.
As a PLM Analyst, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Product Lifecycle Management ecosystem. You will support the implementation and optimization of Lectra Fashion PLM, while ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream business processes. Your expertise in PLM configuration, data models, workflows, and SQL will help elevate our product creation capabilities and drive operational excellence.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements for PLM enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities.
- Configure and maintain PLM data models, PLM workflows, and system rules to support product creation, BOM management, tech pack management, and seasonal setup.
- Support PLM implementation projects, including workshops, fit‑gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and reports to support data validation, analytics, and system troubleshooting.
- Partner with technical teams to design and validate integrations between PLM and SAP S4HANA, PIM SALSIFY and other enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in partnership with technical resources.
- Ensure data accuracy and governance across styles, materials, BOMs, suppliers, and seasonal structures.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new module rollouts, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Stay current with PLM industry trends, Lectra platform innovations, and product development technologies to drive continuous improvement.

YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Product Development, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience working with Product Lifecycle Management systems in the apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industry.
- Hands‑on experience with Lectra PLM, Lectra Fashion PLM, or Lectra Kubix preferred; strong experience with other PLM platforms (Centric, PTC FlexPLM, Browzwear VStitcher PLM integrations, etc.) also considered.
- Strong understanding of PLM configuration, including data model setup, workflows, user roles, and system rules.
- Solid knowledge of product creation processes:
- Style/Season/Collection setup
- BOM management
- Tech pack management
- Material and supplier data
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL for reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting PLM integrations (APIs, middleware, data exchange).
- Proven ability to deliver PLM solutions for complex business requirements.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to organise and plan workloads to meet project deadlines.
- Experience with PLM reporting tools, dashboards, or analytics is a plus.
- Experience with CAD/3D integration workflows is a plus.
