Required Technical Skill Set: PLM Implementation, Eng IT Managed Services, Project & Portfolio Management
Desired Experience Range: 12 years+

Must-have:
- Should have worked as PLM Technical SME during initial phase of the career
- Strong Project & Program Management skills : Experience in handling large & complex PLM implementation projects, experience in managing Eng IT related engagements as part of overall experience, should have track record in delivering such programs on time with quality
- Should understand Discrete & processes industry PLM processes Experience in operational & delivery excellence
- Build relationship with internal & customer stakeholders Lead & mentor large teams (100+) Drive Business growth
- Support pre-sales & proposal activities
- Should have good experience in grooming the talent and building strong team
