Essential B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/ Automobile/Production Engineer) or MCA Desirable/Pref. Work Experience in PLM (Teamcenter Unified Architecture [TcUA])
Years of exp. Desired 12-18 years
1. Experience in Project management for PLM-CAD Applications (Teamcenter) and CAE applications
At least 8-10 years of experience in Teamcenter Unified Architecture, 2- tier & 4-tier along with NX Integration & Teamcenter Configuration on VPN 3. Expertise required for BMIDE deployments.
Knowledge of Application License management. Experienced on UG NX CAD tool, good knowledge of BOM. CAD and CAE applications and its integration.
Knowledge of Teamcenter Access manager, handling complex security access, use of Query Builder, Report Generation Tool, XML Import export Configurations, Knowledge of creating Workflows, Structure Manager, Multisite experience is must.
Sound knowledge of UNIX, Windows Server, AIX Servers and RHEL
Good knowledge Oracle Database
Hands on experience of PLM Migration (version Upgrade
identifying and implementing both process and functionality improvements
Manage Teamcenter Customer support.
Knowledge of ITK and RAC Customization.
Exposure to Budgeting and new purchase and related contract
Experience in End to End Upgrade/new technology Projects of Teamcenter and NX and CAE applications
Automotive Domain Knowledge (OEM or services) Knowledge of design & development cycle of the model.
Explore and Implement New Technology in CAD PLM and CAE and ensure new solutions are designed and developed in line with MSIL requirements and Standards. a. Creating requirement document b. Provide Proof of Concepts c. Implementation of new evaluated technologies. d. Testing application functionalities 2. New S/w Purchase and s/w lifecycle management for PLM/CAD/CAE 3. License Management and related compliances. 4. Develop Cloud and Visualization systems in PLM CAD domain at MSIL. 5. Teamcenter Administration and Support for ongoing operation 6. Multisite Configuration and Administration.
PLM Certification would be added advantage. Knowledge of Tc Visualization and JT would be desirable
Good understanding of Automotive design approach
Good Communication & Managerial skill Ability to provide Technical Training.
