About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled
PLC/SCADA Programmer with strong hands-on experience in
Mitsubishi PLCs (or similar). The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in industrial automation, on-site execution, and end-to-end handling of PLC/SCADA-based control systems. This role requires strong technical capabilities along with confident communication for client and site interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute PLC/SCADA programming and software development for industrial control system applications.
- Work on on-site project activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage site responsibilities such as cable laying, terminations, loop testing, contractor coordination, and PLC issue resolution.
- Participate actively in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) activities.
- Design, document, and develop backend databases for time-series data management used in reporting and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory: Strong, hands-on experience with PLC & SCADA (preferably Mitsubishi; similar PLC platforms acceptable).
- Must have direct site experience in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience (1 job switch acceptable).
- Strong communication skills and a presentable personality.
- Proficiency in English with confidence in client-facing and site-level interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in project teams.
