Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PLC Programmer at INNOVATIVE INSTRUMENTS & CONTROLS located in Chennai. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing programmable logic controller (PLC) systems. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of PLC systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Additionally, the PLC Programmer will be responsible for documenting system designs and providing technical support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic
• Experience in industrial automation and control systems
• Proficiency in PLC programming software (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi)
• Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems
• Understanding of electrical and electronic principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
