Technical

  • SPM/Machine design, Concept design / Modification/Evolution of PLC programming and HMI design
  • Electrical components selection and calculation (Both IEC & CSA/UL standards)
  • Safety PLC & Safety architecture – design (Both IEC & SIL standards)
  • Robotic programming (Fanuc & Yaskawa)
  • Pneumatic – knowledge (Symbols & Circuit)
  • Self-Quality Check – Design & Drawings
  • Design review

Tools

  • Rockwell (SLC, Control Logics, Guard Logix and K6000, K5700)
  • Nidec (Unidrive Sp, M- Drives and Digitex drives(M750))
  • Siemens (TIA Portal V13 and above,..)
  • SEE Electrical is added advantage (equivalent – Eplan)
  • TeamCenter (Siemens)
