Position

Job Responsibilities
- PLC programming using Siemens & Allen Bradley
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Ladder Logic, Structured Text, FBD
- Program and commission Servo Drives & VFDs
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites
- Perform troubleshooting and customer support
- Integrate PLC, HMI, drives, sensors, and field devices
- Design control systems, I/O mapping, control architecture
- Prepare technical documentation and commissioning reports
Required Skills
- 4+ years hands-on PLC programming
- Strong experience with Siemens & Allen Bradley
- Minimum 2 years in Servo & VFD drives
- Unified HMI programming
- HMI migration project experience
- Java / VB scripting in HMI (Unified)
- Knowledge of Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP
- Experience with E-Plan, panel wiring, circuit diagrams
- Understanding of switchgear, panel layout, BOM
Qualification
- BE / BTech / ME / MTech
- Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
- From a reputed institute

- Process / industrial automation exposure
- Foundry or manufacturing environment experience
- Project coordination exposure
