  • BusinessDevelopment:Identifyopportunitiesforupsellingandcross-sellingproductsorservicestoexistingclients,contributingtobusinessgrowth.
  • Collaboration:Workcloselywithinternalteams,suchassales,marketing,andcustomerservice,toensureseamlessdeliveryofservicesandmeetclientneeds.
  • PerformanceAnalysis:Analyzeclientdataandperformancemetricstoidentifytrends,risks,andopportunitiesforimprovement,developingactionplansaccordingly.
  • Reporting:Prepareanddeliverpresentations,proposals,andreportstoclients,highlightingvaluepropositionsandoutcomesachievedthroughthepartnership.
