Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join the Platform Control & Support (PCT) team. The role focuses on supporting pre-trade and post-trade compliance monitoring, maintaining investment mandate controls, and ensuring a strong control environment within strict timelines.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in investment operations, portfolio compliance, and risk control frameworks, with exposure to global stakeholders and investment teams.

Key Responsibilities

Mandate Control Implementation

• Support onboarding, maintenance, and updates of investment mandate controls
• Assist with guideline change activities, impact assessments, and documentation updates
• Review control configurations for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain audit-ready records and traceability of all control changes
  
  

Violation Monitoring & Escalation

• Monitor investment violations and breaches using internal compliance tools
• Log, escalate, and track issues within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with senior analysts and investment teams for timely resolution
• Contribute to strengthening monitoring workflows and risk controls
  
  

Broker & Trade Management Support

• Maintain broker data and ready-to-trade lists
• Support trading teams with broker setup and permission queries
• Ensure accurate trade coding for compliance checks
• Coordinate with operations and compliance teams on data integrity
  
  

Operational Excellence & Documentation

• Execute tasks as per documented procedures and quality standards
• Escalate issues proactively and follow through to closure
• Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs and process documentation
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and process improvement
  
  

Must-Have Skill Set

• 12 years of experience in investment operations, compliance support, or control functions
• Strong interest or foundational understanding of:
• Investment operations
• Mandate compliance
• Control frameworks
• Basic knowledge of financial instruments:
• Equities
• Fixed Income
• Derivatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a global team

Educational Qualification
