Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for billing and metering platforms, ensuring robust support for direct, indirect, and marketplace consumption scenarios.
Lead the requirements for advanced consumption consoles, empowering customers with transparent and self-service insights into their usage and billing data.
Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, customer success, finance, and legal teams to deliver seamless integrations and innovative features.
Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform scalability and innovation.
Ensure compliance with global regulations and industry standards for billing, invoicing, and metering.
Anticipate market trends and competitive dynamics to position the platform as a leader in the industry.
Be the subject matter expert on billing and metering, providing strategic guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
WhatWe'reSeeking
15+ years of product management experience in the technology industry.
10+ years of direct experience in platform product management, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade platform solutions.
10-15 years of experience as a product manager in the technology or SaaS industry, demonstrating progressive leadership and strategic impact.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience building and evolving billing and metering platforms, including direct, indirect, and marketplace models.
Proven track record of launching and scaling consumption consoles or similar self-service user interfaces.
Deep understanding of billing architectures, metering solutions, and integration with ERP/CRM systems.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven outcomes.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with globally distributed teams.
