Platform Implementation Project Manager

· Lead end-to-end platform implementation projects for private markets clients, ensuring successful deployment of data management, portfolio monitoring, valuation, and reporting solutions.

· Serve as the primary client-facing Project Manager, managing project scope, timelines, resources, risks, stakeholder communications, and overall implementation governance.

· Partner with clients to understand their existing workflows and business requirements, translating them into scalable platform configurations and operating processes.

· Oversee data migration, onboarding, system integration, reconciliation, and user acceptance testing activities to ensure accurate and seamless transition from legacy systems to the target platform.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, data operations, valuations, and client senior stakeholders to deliver implementation milestones and drive issue resolution.

· Develop and standardize implementation methodologies, project plans, training materials, and best practices, while driving adoption and change management across client organizations.

· Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying process improvement opportunities, recommending technology-enabled solutions, and influencing future platform enhancements.
