including design analysis and migration Documenting current state and to-be business and technical processes Documents user stories Communication materials (as needed) Documents future state business and technical processes Manage versioning of requirements and updates business requirement artifacts throughout the project lifecycle to enable requirements traceability acceptance criteria and supports development of test cases / scenarios and deliver answers to foundational business questions Performing some user acceptance testing action items and managing the follow ups Coordinates requirement activities with other project team members Documents current state business and technical processes Non-Functional requirements documentation (with assistance from tech & business arch.) Captures templates and methods to complete work Works with testing team on defect resolution Interacts with developers & QA team members to provide requirements clarifications Develops requirements management plan Creates and reviews use cases and activity diagrams Participates in internal and external workshops/meetings Maintains the minutes of meeting in agreed upon format and level of detail Transformation Gap analysis between current and to-be state Process Maps Conceptual data definitions Works with design and development resources to define work requirements including screen and report mock-ups (as needed) which determine and document to-be business processes Manages project requirement documents throughout the project lifecycle Requirements review materials (as needed) Enforces project requirement standards Works with QA team members to ensure full requirements coverage within test cases Key participant in working sessions Responsible for documenting the decisions reviews and updates business and system requirements Developing functional requirements Documents functional and non-functional requirements using agreed upon process and tools/templates based on input and direction from SMEs and team business lead Works with test team to ensure requirements coverage within test cases Produces deliverables based on Business SME and Business Lead guidance Captures non-functional requirements Business requirements documentation user stories and acceptance criteria Detailed Functional requirements documentation including: system interactions Researches change and reports impacts to the rest of the team Business Rules Data Cleansing Wireframes Use Cases Development And Testing
