Platform Development Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Platform Development Manager, based in Gurugram. The Platform Development Manager will oversee technology and software development projects for the company, managing a team to ensure the successful delivery of innovative platforms. Duties include leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, strategizing on product development, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality output. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders, effective delegation, and a focus on delivering solutions that align with the company's creative and operational goals.

• Expertise in Software Development with a strong understanding of coding practices and technology trends.
• Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a group toward shared objectives.
• Strong Project Management skills, including task prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline optimization.
• Experience in Product Development, including the ability to conceptualize, plan, and bring digital platforms to life.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and agile methodologies is advantageous.
