Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Junior Analyst Platform Control & Support (PCVM) to support pre- and post-trade compliance activities. The role focuses on
investment restriction compliance, mandate control implementation, and operational support within a fast-paced investment operations environment. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in investment compliance and platform controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Support investment restriction compliance and mandate control implementation, including onboarding and ongoing updates
- Assist with mandate investment guideline onboarding, impact assessments, and change management activities
- Support overnight violation monitoring, escalation, tracking, and resolution
- Review team deliverables to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Investment Desks, Product Teams, and Client Stakeholders to resolve guideline and compliance queries
- Assist with pre-trade violation overrides under supervision
- Maintain and update broker and ready-to-trade coding on the Aladdin platform
- Support Trading Desks with system queries and escalations
- Ensure all tasks are completed as per defined procedures, SLAs, and internal controls
- Maintain process documentation and procedure notes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications- Experience or strong exposure to:
- Investment Restriction Compliance
- Mandate Control Implementation
- Violation Monitoring and Escalation
- Hands-on or working knowledge of:
- Aladdin platform (or similar investment management platforms)
- Broker and trade desk management
- Technical & Functional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to collect, validate, and maintain accurate operational data
- Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to asset management operations or platform control support
- Familiarity with UK / APAC / US investment regulations
- Basic understanding of financial instruments and investment operations
- Knowledge of coding or automation tools
- Prior experience in investment compliance or control environments
