Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage integrations using REST API, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
Work on third-party integrations and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Administer ServiceNow platform, including performing upgrades, clones, and platform maintenance.
Implement and configure at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM typically included).
Provide platform-level support beyond incident, request, or SLA management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and optimize workflows.
