This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plasma Machine Operator and Programmer, located in Nashik. The role involves operating and programming CNC plasma cutting machines, preparing and inspecting materials for cutting, and ensuring precision and quality control during operations. Coordinating with the production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications is also a part of day-to-day tasks.

• Proficient in Machine Operation and operating CNC plasma cutting machinery
• Skilled in Quality Control processes with a focus on precision and safety standards
• Experience handling Machinery and using Hand Tools effectively
• Strong Communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Previous experience in a related field is highly advantageous
