Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Strong management and leadership capabilities preferred

Required Skills

Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing machines

Understanding of machine maintenance and breakdown handling

Knowledge of quality control standards and improvement systems

Ability to manage workforce and deploy manpower efficiently

Strong planning, documentation, and reporting skills

Problem-solving mindset with focus on productivity improvement

Key Responsibilities

Train production staff to improve product quality

Manage daily manpower allocation and shop-floor activities

Ensure factory cleanliness, discipline, and workplace safety

Maintain machinery health and maximize uptime

Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations

Continuously improve production processes and reduce wastage

Prepare and share daily/weekly production reports with management

Monitor raw material utilization and inventory levels

Performance KPIs

Reduced machine breakdowns and improved equipment uptime

Lower rejection rates and enhanced product quality

Improved labor productivity and cost efficiency

Clean, safe, and compliant workplace at all times
