Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Plant Production Manager located in Ongole. The role involves overseeing daily production operations, managing the production team, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, monitoring equipment and inventory, and coordinating with other departments to achieve efficiency in processes. This role requires maintaining compliance with regulatory policies while optimizing productivity and minimizing waste.
Qualifications
- Production and Operational Management experience with skills in scheduling, equipment oversight, and process optimization
- Team Leadership and Communication skills for managing staff effectively and ensuring collaboration across teams
- Quality Assurance and Safety Regulation compliance knowledge to ensure production standards are maintained
- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities to address operational challenges promptly and effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Dairy Science, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the dairy or food processing industry is highly desirable
