Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Operations Specialist located in Kotda Sangani. The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, implementing and monitoring operations management practices, ensuring process control, and executing preventive maintenance. The role will also involve supervising plant personnel, identifying areas for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to maintain efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Plant Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth workflow and optimize productivity
• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and oversee plant personnel
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational efficiency
• Proficiency in Process Control to monitor and improve plant processes for consistent performance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is a plus
