Plant Operation Engineer

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of plant machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics to optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Prepare and maintain operational documentation and reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3-10 years of experience in plant operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering and plant operations.
• Proficiency in using plant management software and tools.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
