Job Objective:
We are looking for a dynamic Plant Marketing Manager to drive the marketing strategy at Pitti Engineering Ltd. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, both domestically and internationally. Your key objective will be to oversee marketing campaigns, develop and execute sales strategies, and fuel top-line growth through business development initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Marketing Campaigns: Oversee, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively across diverse channels.
- Develop Sales & Marketing Strategy: Design and implement strategic initiatives to boost brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention in both local and global markets.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work with product management, sales, and customer support teams to ensure unified messaging and marketing alignment across departments.
- Client Interaction & Issue Resolution: Engage with local clients and customers, addressing any concerns, ensuring satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through active market research and by analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Monitor Market Trends: Continuously analyze market pricing patterns and customer perception to optimize product positioning and marketing efforts.
- Industry Representation: Represent Pitti Engineering at industry forums, exhibitions, and events to elevate the brand's presence and stay abreast of market innovations.
- Key Account Management: Manage critical key accounts, ensure revenue growth, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:
- Coordination Between Departments: Ensure smooth collaboration between marketing, production, supply chain management (SCM), and QA to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
- Customer Complaint Handling: Work with the production and QA teams to address customer issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- RFQ Expertise: Utilize knowledge of Request for Quotations (RFQs) to craft compelling proposals and secure new business opportunities.
- Forecast & Predict Market Needs: Predict changes in customer requirements and anticipate technical shifts, enabling the development of innovative tools and solutions.
Financial Stewardship:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Focus on increasing net sales revenue by improving customer relationships, optimizing marketing initiatives, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Manage Budgets: Consolidate and track the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and consistent performance against financial goals.
- Collections & Recovery: Instill a culture of timely collections and recoveries to maintain financial health.
People Leadership:
- Team Development: Cultivate a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence within your team, and coach subordinates to build leadership capabilities and create a strong succession pipeline.
- Collaboration & Empowerment: Foster teamwork and empower individuals to take ownership of their roles, promoting a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in a marketing leadership role, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors.
