Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bhopal for a Plant Head-Mechanical. The Plant Head-Mechanical will oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production planning, quality control, and overall production management. The role entails planning and executing manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and achieving production targets while effectively managing resources. The position also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure the alignment of plant operations with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 Years in Plant Operations and Production Management to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and operational success.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and Quality Control, ensuring products meet quality standards and production timelines are achieved.
• Experience with Budgeting and resource allocation to optimize costs and maintain plant profitability.
• Proven track record in implementing efficient manufacturing processes to meet organizational objectives.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Educational qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or plant environment is an added advantage.
