Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end factory operations for frozen snack production, including manufacturing, cold storage, and dispatch - ensuring high-volume output, consistent quality, and strict cold chain integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run daily production operations (filling forming cooking/steaming blast freezing packing)
- Drive output vs plan with tight control on yield, wastage, and batch consistency
- Ensure compliance with frozen food protocols, cold chain, hygiene standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP)
- Manage production planning aligned with B2B, retail, and outlet demand
- Oversee raw material planning, inventory control, and yield optimization
- Ensure blast freezing efficiency, cold storage conditions, and FIFO adherence
- Own end-to-end dispatch operations:
- Order picking, packing, and documentation
- Temperature-controlled dispatch readiness
- Coordination with logistics/transporters
- Ensuring on-time, error-free deliveries
- Maintain machine uptime (forming lines, freezers, packing equipment)
- Build and lead floor + dispatch teams with strong shift discipline
- Implement and enforce SOPs across production, storage, and dispatch
- Coordinate with procurement, QA, and sales for smooth demand fulfillment

- Production vs plan
- Yield % and wastage
- Batch consistency & quality scores
- On-time dispatch rate & order accuracy
- Cold chain compliance (factory dispatch)
- Inventory accuracy & variance
- Machine downtime
Candidate Profile (Strict Fit):
- 10 - 12 years in frozen snacks / frozen food manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in momos, spring rolls, dimsums or similar products
- Strong exposure to blast freezing, cold storage, and frozen dispatch logistics
- Proven ability to manage production + dispatch at scale
- Strong floor leader with execution focus
- Working knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable):
- Currently or previously working in a frozen food manufacturing company
- Direct experience with momos / spring rolls / dimsums / similar formed frozen snacks
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Blast freezing & cold storage operations
- High-volume production lines
- Frozen product dispatch & cold chain logistics
- Has handled end-to-end factory operations (production + dispatch)
