Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Bandamailaram. The Plant Manager will oversee daily plant operations, manage production planning, ensure efficient processes, and uphold safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include leading and managing plant staff, optimizing resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

Requirement

• B.Tech or Diploma (Engineering / Agriculture or related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience in the seed industry or agri-related industries
• Location: Bandamailaram, Near Medchal, Telangana

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
• Experience in Operations Management and Production Planning
• Proficiency in overseeing Manufacturing Operations
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of seed processing or agricultural industry practices is a plus
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous

Salary
